About the role
- (Junior) Inhouse Consultant assisting in the development of sales processes. Engage with operations and technology teams at Engel & Völkers to optimize advisor-lifecycle workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support the further development of national and international sales processes
- Identify operational challenges across the advisor lifecycle
- Derive best practices and create recommendations for action
- Take responsibility for operational projects in a cross-functional environment
- Support operations with a focus on Own Operations in the DACH region, Iberia and Italy, as well as the Academy in implementing training and coaching offerings
- Act as a sparring partner for internal technology teams and translate process ownership into sustainable solutions
- Identify opportunities for the use of digital tools and applications to increase the efficiency of global processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a comparable field
- 2–3 years of solid professional experience in real estate sales or initial relevant experience in consulting
- Understanding of corporate structures as well as the real estate industry
- High affinity for digital processes, modern tools and technological solutions
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
- Pronounced hands-on mentality
- Very good communication skills in German and English
