About the role

  • Call Center Agent at Engel & Völkers responsible for customer inquiries and support via phone. Managing relationships and communication effectively within the Sales Team in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls
  • Being a primary point of contact for customer phone inquiries regarding Engel & Völkers’ properties
  • Resolving issues as they arise & handling customer complaints, ensuring communication with the Sales Team
  • Building strong customer relationships by responding to requests and concerns effectively and professionally
  • Assigning call leads to the Sales Team

Requirements

  • Higher Education
  • Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken (German would be considered an asset)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer - oriented approach
  • Ability to multi - task and manage time effectively
  • Experience in similar role will be considered a plus
