Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and placement of new sub-funds and manage established fund structures
- Assess potential projects for suitability for mezzanine financing
- Develop new fund and financing solutions nationally and internationally in collaboration with external advisors
- Define and optimize interfaces and processes within and outside of ESFP to achieve a clear and efficient end-to-end process
- Prepare decision papers and presentations for management
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL) or a related field
- Several years' professional experience in project financing and/or fund management, ideally with a focus on onshore wind projects and mezzanine structures
- Solid knowledge of fund management, particularly experience with special AIFs under the German KAGB
- Excellent German and English (C1 level) written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial mathematics
