About the role

  • VP of Partnership Marketing leading integrated marketing strategies for UFC and TKO. Managing commercial partnerships, driving revenue, and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and commercial strategies across a portfolio of partners
  • Drive revenue while overseeing a team managing commercial partnerships for top-tier brands
  • Present strategic initiatives to executive leadership, articulating ROI, growth impact, and cross-functional opportunities
  • Collaborate across Global Partnerships to support commercial initiatives and ensure cohesive strategic execution
  • Support communication and collaboration across Global Partnerships

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing strategy, consulting, commercial operations, or corporate development
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving organizational change
  • Deep understanding of brand partnerships, marketing strategy, commercialization, and client service models
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical capability
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
