About the role

  • Marketing Manager B2B responsible for developing and optimizing marketing strategies at encosa energy GmbH. Focusing on B2B and working on website and campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • As a (Senior) B2B Marketing Manager, you will own our operational B2B marketing strategy across the full funnel.
  • You will develop our website as a central growth and conversion channel and manage performance, branding, and communication measures in an integrated and measurable way, including planning, execution and optimization of our paid marketing activities.
  • Further develop and sharpen our brand positioning and ensure a consistent B2B brand presence across all relevant channels.
  • Strategically and operationally advance our website, including the conception, creation and optimization of high-converting landing pages as a central performance and conversion hub.
  • Design, execute and continuously optimize digital B2B marketing campaigns, including independently managing selected marketing channels and developing, testing, optimizing and scaling ads and paid marketing activities.
  • Conceptualize and produce content formats such as whitepapers, case studies, website content, newsletters and other communication materials.
  • Help shape our external communications, including press releases, partner announcements, planning public appearances and coordinating webinars, events and digital formats.
  • Analyze relevant marketing KPIs and derive and implement concrete optimization measures.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Management to deliver clear, consistent and persuasive storytelling.
  • Independently build, manage and scale growth projects from concept to full-scale implementation.
  • Develop our SEO and content structures to enable long-term, sustainable lead generation.
  • Identify new marketing potentials and independently develop and implement impactful initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on branding, website optimization and performance marketing
  • Experience in full-funnel marketing across paid and organic channels
  • Initial experience or a strong understanding of PR, corporate communications or external stakeholder communications
  • Confidence in building and optimizing websites, landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Strong data-driven and structured working style with clear KPI orientation
  • Excellent communication skills in copywriting and concept development
  • A good eye for design, visual storytelling and consistent brand management
  • Creativity combined with entrepreneurial thinking and strong execution skills
  • Interest in energy, infrastructure or sustainability topics
  • Ideally experience in the energy, infrastructure or industrial B2B sector
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
