About the role

  • Marketing Manager for Nova Post responsible for launching and managing marketing campaigns in the German market. Analyzing market needs while collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Study the German market and customers: analyze needs, competitors, and market insights.
  • Formulate hypotheses, initiate testing activities, and scale effective solutions.
  • Organize marketing campaigns (digital, offline, partnerships, events).
  • Collaborate with Digital, SMM (social media marketing), Content, CRM, Design, and other teams.
  • Prepare briefings, oversee campaign execution, and evaluate results.
  • Ensure that brand communication in the German market is consistent with the company strategy.
  • Participate in the opening of new locations and the launch of new services.
  • Work from the Berlin office in close collaboration with local teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience (B2C / product / international markets).
  • Proven ability to launch marketing campaigns from concept through performance evaluation.
  • Confident with analytical tools — Excel (required), Google Analytics, CRM, Tableau.
  • German language skills at C1 level or higher and Ukrainian (important for working with contractors and clients).
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively — with a “think like a business” mentality.
