About the role

  • Senior Advisor leading change management efforts to embed technology, process, and culture change at Enbridge Projects. Collaborate with leaders and teams on strategic projects for organizational change capability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop change strategies and approaches for assigned initiatives
  • Use Enbridge (Prosci based) methodology to develop change management plans and deliverables
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to assess potential or actual change impacts
  • Lead the development of communication and engagement material including key messages, sponsor communications, and presentations
  • Identify people risks and barriers to implementation that may arise; develop mitigations and proactively manage them throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop metrics, monitor and measure outcomes related to business readiness and rate of adoption

Requirements

  • Post secondary degree in communications, business management, psychology, human resources, or education
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience or combination of formal education, certification, and experience
  • Experience designing and executing change management strategies and plans on large projects using a structured approach
  • Change management certification (Prosci preferred)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience working with and advising senior leadership
