About the role

  • Professional communication specialist at Legalhero in Berlin coordinating with stakeholders and managing client inquiries. Focused on documentation accuracy and efficient internal collaboration under a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Professional communication with external stakeholders, such as legal expense insurers and our partner network
  • Independent handling and response to queries from insurers and partners
  • Gathering, preparing and structuring information based on existing case files
  • Continuous monitoring, maintenance and updating of documentation to ensure high data quality
  • Close collaboration with internal teams to efficiently clarify matters

Requirements

  • Business-fluent German (spoken and written)
  • Completed commercial vocational training or initial experience in customer service or in the gastronomy/hospitality sector
  • Availability: 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri)
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Careful and reliable working style
  • Professional interaction with clients/customers
  • Quick to get up to speed on new topics
