About the role

  • Sales Assistant responsible for acquiring leads and developing sales strategies for the EMSU Media Platform. Collaborating with Sales and Customer Relation teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire potential leads (grocery retailers such as EDEKA and REWE)
  • Acquire and manage new retailers for the EMSU Media Platform
  • Develop sales strategy together with the sales team
  • Identify new customers via email, phone and other channels
  • Acquire, advise and support customers in inside and field sales
  • Identify and follow up on leads
  • Develop sales structures and processes
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Relations teams

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in grocery retail (LEH)
  • Experience in a start-up environment is an advantage but not required
  • Fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers and build long-term relationships
  • High energy and constructive input regarding product and operational workflows
  • Team-player mentality internally and externally to collaboratively contribute to company success
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with a sales CRM tool
