Responsibilities
Identify and acquire potential leads (grocery retailers such as EDEKA and REWE)
Acquire and manage new retailers for the EMSU Media Platform
Develop sales strategy together with the sales team
Identify new customers via email, phone and other channels
Acquire, advise and support customers in inside and field sales
Identify and follow up on leads
Develop sales structures and processes
Work closely with Sales and Customer Relations teams
Requirements
Experience in sales, preferably in grocery retail (LEH)
Experience in a start-up environment is an advantage but not required
Fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers and build long-term relationships
High energy and constructive input regarding product and operational workflows
Team-player mentality internally and externally to collaboratively contribute to company success
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with a sales CRM tool
