Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to identify and acquire potential leads (grocery retailers such as EDEKA and REWE).
Acquire and support new retailers for our EMSU Media platform.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop a sales strategy.
Identify new customers via email, phone and other channels
Prospecting, advising and supporting customers in both inside and field sales
Identification and follow-up of leads
Development of sales structures and processes
Close collaboration with the Sales and Customer Relations teams
Requirements
Experience in sales, preferably in grocery retail
Experience in a start-up environment is an advantage but not required
Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers and build long-term relationships
High energy and constructive contribution regarding product and workflows
Team-player mentality internally and externally to work together for the company’s success
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with a sales CRM tool
