About the role

  • Payroll Manager at IVC Evidensia managing payroll for around 350 veterinary clinics in Europe. Collaborating with a team of payroll managers and overseeing compliance and declarations.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation (collection of variable data), calculation and verification of payslips for multiple clinics (approximately 350 payrolls), in compliance with the applicable payroll calendar
  • Preparation of employee exit documents
  • Handling payroll tickets in Zendesk (ticketing system) within required timeframes (48 hours)
  • Acting as the primary payroll contact for the clinics in your portfolio (and for colleagues' portfolios in their absence)
  • Preparing filings and DSNs in compliance with deadlines (events, Pôle Emploi attestations, DOETH, etc.)
  • Performing post-payroll operations, both internal and external: social declarations, payment of contributions, etc.
  • Managing relations with social security agencies
  • Participating in the deployment project for the new payroll software (testing and go-live)

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • You can manage priorities and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • You are highly detail-oriented and have strong payroll skills
