Responsibilities

  • Provide support for QA systems by answering questions and resolving incidents.
  • Monitor, log, and handle tickets (requests) using Octane, Jira, and VivoNow.
  • Support the QA Processes team in executing and validating functional tests.
  • Document procedures, solutions, and best practices, contributing to the team's knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to analyze and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Technical or university degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Desired knowledge of QA processes, software testing, and tools such as Octane and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive profile with a focus on problem resolution.
  • HIGHER EDUCATION - COMPLETED
