About the role

• Analyst in Quality Assurance supporting Quality Assurance activities within Information Technology at Fulton Bank. Collaborating with stakeholders to review requirements and assess the quality of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Assurance activities within Information Technology
• Contribute to the validation of technology solutions by applying a disciplined approach to testing
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to review requirements, assess testability, and ensure solutions meet defined quality standards
• Oversee Line of Business testing to strengthen audit traceability
• Perform Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify issues and recommend solutions to enable the project team to achieve its objectives
• Work with IT stakeholders, business users, and external service providers across diverse delivery models
• Participates in Agile ceremonies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance testing and analysis
• 2 or more years of experience in the financial services sector, with direct involvement in testing banking transactions and applications (preferred)
• ISTQB Certification (preferred)
• Automation Certification (preferred)
• Scrum Master (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and HP QC ALM
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
