Responsibilities
Lead the analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs.
Conduct compensation modeling and forecasting to support workforce planning and budget cycles.
Evaluate and recommend compensation adjustments based on market trends, internal equity, and global guidelines and organizational priorities.
Facilitate job evaluations aligned with Emerson’s global career framework.
Partner as compensation subject matter expert to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), talent acquisition, and business leaders.
Lead annual and off‑cycle salary review processes and guide leaders on compensation decisions.
Prepare clear, data‑driven dashboards and reports for HR and business leaders.
Deploy global compensation guidelines and communication materials to HR and managers, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Support continuous improvement by simplifying processes, optimizing tools, and leveraging data insights to enhance decision‑making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, ideally gained in a mid‑to‑large or complex organization.
Relevant experience in market benchmarking, modeling, and pay‑equity analysis.
