Responsibilities
Spend your first 6 months in rapid learning, gaining expertise with NI tools and our sales process while supporting NI customers and their technical challenges
After 6 months, partner with an Account Manager to support customer sales requests, provide demos, training, and configurations
Balance your time between inbound sales demand, marketing generated leads, presentations, demos, and prospecting activities
Develop test and measurement expertise
Qualify demand and escalate opportunities to Account Managers
Provide coaching and mentorship to others
Work cooperatively with sales, marketing, technical support, operations, and business units
Travel to customer sites for training and product presentations
Create a business plan for your territory
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
Strong desire to pursue a long-term career in technical sales, marketing, or applications engineering
Solid understanding of electronics, computers, and high-level programming languages (C, Python, LabVIEW, etc)
Available for moderate travel
English language competency and effective communication skills
