Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leadership to identify transformation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and establish governance models

- Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and industry benchmarks to optimize performance
- Monitor process effectiveness using KPIs and continuously refine frameworks to improve speed, quality, and compliance
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management with a strong focus on organizational change and process transformation
- Proven success in implementing NPD frameworks for hardware and software development
- Expertise in integrated business processes and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with project management tools and ability to define requirements for tooling teams
