About the role

  • Technical Program Manager ensuring the delivery of strategic initiatives and BAU operations at Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination, and delivery of platform initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Translate strategic initiatives into structured delivery plans, milestones, and actionable tasks
  • Manage and balance BAU activities, incidents, and project delivery to maintain a consistent delivery flow
  • Prioritise competing demands (BAU vs projects) and support roadmap sequencing based on capacity and dependencies
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Provide visibility on progress, risks, and delivery status through structured reporting and governance processes
  • Support backlog management, sprint planning, and adoption of Agile/Kanban delivery practices
  • Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align delivery with architecture, security, and integration standards
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and misalignments early, driving resolution through structured decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and governance to enable scalable, efficient operations

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in technical project, program, or delivery management roles
  • Experience working and leading multi-disciplinary teams in large organisations, such as engineering, data, or platform environments
  • Strong track record delivering complex technical programmes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, backlogs, and task management tools
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Service Now and Wrike platforms a benefit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
