Responsibilities

- Identification of development and optimization opportunities; planning and implementation of investment and modernization projects

- Responsibility for lease agreements, acquisitions and disposals, and negotiations with owners, tenants, investors and brokers in line with company strategy

Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in asset management, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Solid understanding of analytical, conceptual and organizational issues
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident use of common MS Office applications, in particular Excel
