Responsibilities
Technical management of our existing commercial properties and participation in the implementation and inspection of construction measures
Primary on-site contact for all technical matters related to the property
Recording, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair activities in our existing properties
Monitoring of quality, costs and deadlines
Ensuring compliance with requirements and regulations during maintenance and various inspections, including necessary defect remediation
Liaison with authorities, experts and appointed service providers and coordination of their work
Organization and conduct of technical site inspections across our portfolio and ensuring proper documentation
Annual preparation and planning of budgets for CapEx and OpEx measures, including their monitoring
Assumption of client/owner responsibilities and tasks
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training or degree, ideally in construction and/or the real estate sector
At least 5 years of professional experience in technical property management of commercial properties
Solid understanding of real estate business operations
Confident use of IT applications (SAP is an advantage)
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
Structured, motivated and organized way of working with a strong customer and service orientation
Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
