Responsibilities
You take responsibility for all operational and economic processes in Food & Beverage across multiple terminals
You manage kitchen and production workflows, ingredient usage, production planning and COGS
You analyze KPIs and derive measures to improve efficiency, quality and costs
You continuously develop F&B processes and ensure their standardized implementation
You work closely with Operations, kitchen, production, service and suppliers
You ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene and safety
You lead and develop managers and teams across the entire F&B area
You are responsible for inventory and procurement management including ordering, inventories and cost calculations
You consistently implement production and recipe concepts
You identify opportunities for improvement and sustainably optimize workflows
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in gastronomy, hotel management, food production or business administration
Several years of leadership experience in F&B, production or operations management
Deep understanding of inventory management, cost calculation, production processes and COGS
Strong analytical and process-optimization skills
Entrepreneurial thinking with strong decision-making and implementation capability
Experience leading multicultural teams
Good German and English language skills
Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
