Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily business operations
  • Develop your team through training and coaching
  • Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines
  • Plan in-store activities
  • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
  • Conduct store performance and profitability analyses
  • Actively sell and support sales on the shop floor

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., retail apprenticeship) or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in fashion/textile retail; ideally experience managing a store
  • Strong numerical affinity and sound commercial/business acumen
  • Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence
  • Strong interest in fashion and current trends
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
