About the role

  • Marketing Manager overseeing campaign planning and execution for a Berlin-based health startup. Focused on multi-channel marketing and brand management in a growing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning (60%) Plan and own all campaigns – from flash sales to Black Week, from concept to reporting.
  • Combine e‑commerce best practices with our themes and products.
  • Orchestrate all channels so they integrate seamlessly: Email, WhatsApp, print mailings, social media, CRM flows.
  • Content & Asset Planning (15%) Own all campaign assets – from briefing to approval.
  • Develop themes, slogans, copy and offers that resonate.
  • Plan our Instagram feed in alignment with ongoing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign assets in Shopify, Klaviyo and ChatArmin.
  • Stakeholder Management (15%) Work closely with the founder as well as Design, Customer Service, Operations, Finance & CRM.
  • Coordinate external partners (e.g., performance or CRM agencies) – keeping everyone up to date, on-brand and well aligned.
  • Brand Management (10%) Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Build trust and brand loyalty through clear messaging and value propositions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing (E‑Commerce/startup experience is a plus)
  • Generalist & organizational talent with a hands-on approach and a sense for strategy
  • Ambitious, resilient and quick to learn – you finish what you start and pick up new skills rapidly
  • Strong in language & concept: excellent German (C2/native), confident English
  • Numbers-oriented & structured: KPIs, uplifts, contribution margins – you measure, understand and prioritize
  • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture; proactive, hands-on, reliable
