About the role

  • Global B2B Content Marketing Manager leading international content strategy for a fast-growing SaaS startup. Fostering brand positioning through organic growth initiatives and collaboration with product and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Embat’s international B2B content strategy, aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Lead and optimize multi-country SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic
  • Own and evolve our editorial roadmap and tone of voice, adapting it to different markets while preserving Embat’s brand identity
  • Create and oversee high-quality content across formats (articles, reports, landing pages, thought leadership pieces) for every stage of the B2B buyer journey
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales to ensure content supports go-to-market initiatives and demand generation efforts
  • Conduct competitor, keyword, and audience research to identify new content opportunities
  • Measure and analyze content and SEO performance, turning insights into continuous improvements
  • Manage and motivate a multicultural content team, fostering collaboration and clear ownership

Requirements

  • Background in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or similar
  • 5+ years in B2B content marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech companies
  • Proven experience building and scaling international SEO-driven content strategies
  • Familiarity with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Notion, HubSpot (Google Tag Manager is a plus)
  • Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, autonomy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Fluent English and Spanish is a must. Additional languages are a plus
