Responsibilities
Acquire new customers, expand and manage existing accounts
Handle all client communication and act as the face and voice of emagine
Build trust through in-person client visits and discuss current and future opportunities for business growth
Analyze project requirements together with your clients and coordinate interfaces with the recruiting team
Serve as the central point of contact for contract matters and work closely with the administration team that provides organizational support
Requirements
A well-rounded professional: confident, self-aware, and highly motivated to succeed in day-to-day business
Sales professional with strengths in B2B — any experience in our industry and in sales in general will make onboarding easier
Able to mediate, connect and persuade — you communicate with confidence and reliability both internally and externally
Skilled in negotiations, comfortable with technical topics, and accustomed to taking personal ownership
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1), and good English skills
