About the role

  • Key Account Manager expanding customer relationships in Pharma industry for ELPATO. Focusing on strategic customer acquisition and long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic account development: Focus on the long-term expansion of business relationships
  • Account management and growth: Ongoing support of existing clients and meeting their needs
  • New business acquisition: Identifying and proactively approaching potential clients
  • Sales of advertising formats: Selling customized advertising solutions
  • Direct outreach: Communicating with clients across various channels
  • Documentation and reporting in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Marketing, Sales, Media or a related field
  • Solid experience in sales and contract negotiations
  • Strong negotiation skills in dealings with decision-makers
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Very good German and good English skills
