About the role

  • Marketing Specialist responsible for developing integrated brand campaigns in a payment technology company. Collaborating with various stakeholders and managing financial strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and rollout of the area’s strategy
  • Lead 360° projects, challenging yourself and the team to deliver the best results
  • Work collaboratively with peers and the team—sometimes participating in team projects, and other times having the team support your deliverables
  • Prepare and issue structured briefs to agencies and partner suppliers
  • Participate in the area’s financial management and negotiate across multiple fronts, from sponsorship packages to partner deliverables
  • Research trends and opportunities aligned with our objectives to complement the team’s deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders within your scope: suppliers, agencies, marketing peers such as social media, media, partnership marketing, website team, and partner areas like legal, procurement, compliance, sales, ESG, among others
  • Manage the challenges of the role and convert them into solutions, as well as report progress and results to direct leadership
  • Handle multiple deliverables with confidence and resilience, adapting efficiently to each new direction from the area
  • Oversee projects and events that take place across Brazil

Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing/Communications
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking, and ability to handle pressure and unexpected situations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Available to work on-site in Alphaville, SP or another office location in Greater São Paulo during regular business hours at least twice a week
  • Willing to occasionally work outside regular business hours, including weekends and travel outside São Paulo. (Rest time and per diems will be compensated)
  • More than 4 years of marketing experience in corporate environments
  • Curiosity about and passion for Brazilian culture
