Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and rollout of the area’s strategy
Lead 360° projects, challenging yourself and the team to deliver the best results
Work collaboratively with peers and the team—sometimes participating in team projects, and other times having the team support your deliverables
Prepare and issue structured briefs to agencies and partner suppliers
Participate in the area’s financial management and negotiate across multiple fronts, from sponsorship packages to partner deliverables
Research trends and opportunities aligned with our objectives to complement the team’s deliverables
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders within your scope: suppliers, agencies, marketing peers such as social media, media, partnership marketing, website team, and partner areas like legal, procurement, compliance, sales, ESG, among others
Manage the challenges of the role and convert them into solutions, as well as report progress and results to direct leadership
Handle multiple deliverables with confidence and resilience, adapting efficiently to each new direction from the area
Oversee projects and events that take place across Brazil
Requirements
Experience in Marketing/Communications
Excellent writing and communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking, and ability to handle pressure and unexpected situations
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Available to work on-site in Alphaville, SP or another office location in Greater São Paulo during regular business hours at least twice a week
Willing to occasionally work outside regular business hours, including weekends and travel outside São Paulo. (Rest time and per diems will be compensated)
More than 4 years of marketing experience in corporate environments
Curiosity about and passion for Brazilian culture
