About the role

  • Summer Intern supporting sales initiatives across e.l.f. & Naturium within specialty retail accounts. Assisting with reporting, analysis, and merchandising programs in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Responsibilities

  • assist with reporting, analysis, merchandising programs, and general account support while gaining exposure to how retail sales strategy, execution, and partnerships come together in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
  • Available for in-office work at least three days per week
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in CPG (beauty preferred) and supporting major retail accounts
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver results
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrates initiative and confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Passion for beauty
