Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategy across North America
  • Manage day-to-day retailer relationships
  • Own sales forecasts and translate goals into actionable plans
  • Collaborate on marketing and merchandising initiatives
  • Manage promotional and exposure calendar
  • Track and analyze sales performance and retail KPIs
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences
  • Manage retail-related budgets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches
  • Mentor and develop retail team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales and beauty
  • Experience with Sephora preferred
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
