About the role

  • HR Employee Relations Consultant managing associate relations issues at Elevance Health. Conducting investigations, providing guidance, and developing analytical data for trends analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues
  • Conducting investigations and managing witness lists
  • Providing advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers
  • Regularly partnering with Ethics and Compliance on crossover investigations
  • Developing and providing periodic associate relations-related analytical data and analyzes trends

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
  • HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred
  • Workday or similar HCM experience preferred
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Fortune/large company experience preferred.
