Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers' expectations
Provides both on-site and off-site customer service
Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process, and training sessions
Makes routine account visits
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship
Any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary
Account Management experience preferred
Experience working in a TPA preferred
Experience working with fully insured/ASO groups preferred
