About the role

  • Sales Analyst offering standardized OOH packages and introducing clients to digital media. Engaging in active prospecting and managing a clientele of small businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Active Prospecting (Hunter): Make a high volume of contacts (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to map small businesses and regional/boutique agencies
  • Sale of Entry-Level Products: Offer standardized Out-of-Home (OOH) packages and introduce clients to digital (Display on Globo portals), focusing on quick, transactional sales
  • Pipeline Management: Enter and qualify leads in the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data hygiene from the first contact
  • Operational Support: Monitor the ad creation and implementation process to ensure small clients' campaigns go live without errors
  • Market Education: Explain basic media concepts to clients making their first investments outside social media

Requirements

  • Completed university degree
  • Previous experience in sales (even in other industries) or in commercial/customer-facing roles
  • Eagerness to learn and high resilience for cold prospecting
  • Organizational skills to manage a portfolio of many small clients
  • Intermediate English
  • Basic knowledge of advertising or digital marketing
