Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Finance transformation and systems roadmap
- Drive sustained value realization from ERP and finance systems through disciplined product ownership
- Establish and standardize finance operating models, policies, and best practices across processes, reporting, data, and systems
- Directly manage, mentor and develop a team of senior finance leaders
- Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and delivery outcomes across teams
- Serve as business product owner for the finance systems ecosystem
- Ensure seamless integrations across finance platforms, data models, and reporting tools
- Oversee end-to-end finance process governance to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, or related roles
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within a professional services environment
- Proven expertise in ERP platforms, particularly SAP S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, BTP) and related finance technologies (e.g., Power BI, Concur, HighRadius, Workforce Adaptive Planning)
- Deep understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C), financial reporting, and internal controls
- Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business functions.
