Responsibilities
Ongoing development of the target definitions for the process organization and IT system landscape of the telecommunications business unit
Implementation and management of IT systems and associated processes (e.g., order management, customer service, network operations)
Development of strategic objectives
Commissioning and management of internal and external service providers and partners
Participation in investment decisions, budget and medium-term planning, and analyses for project controlling
Regular reporting on results, processes, deviations, and special issues
Requirements
University degree (Diploma/Master) in a relevant technical field, industrial engineering, or equivalent
Several years of experience in capturing, analyzing, and holistically managing process requirements, ideally in a telecommunications environment
Proven practical project management experience
Confident handling of data technology and standard PC software such as M365
High sense of responsibility, strong customer and goal orientation, high quality of decision-making, and entrepreneurial thinking/acting
