About the role

Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of a regional PV project team
- Support in resolving complex cases
- Management of own PV projects
- Organize, manage and control the quality of PV tenant electricity projects
- Support project managers in communication with customers and subcontractors
- Monitor process and installation quality
- Coordinate with the department head on prioritization, capacity planning and the further development of tools and processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience in PV project management (roof-mounted PV, multi-family and single-family residential systems, or tenant electricity)
- Knowledge of regulations, technical feasibility and related matters
- Confident project management skills and knowledge of typical construction workflows
- Ability to make practical decisions even under uncertainty
- Regular presence at our Berlin co-working space
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Experience leading or mentoring a project team (desirable)
