About the role

  • Sales Operations Manager responsible for B2B contracts and project management in a sustainable energy startup. Focused on process optimization and collaboration with finance and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with B2B customers and manage the contract lifecycle
  • Create new contract templates in collaboration with Sales Managers, Finance and Project Management
  • Manage workflows and data in the CRM
  • Optimize collaboration with financing partners
  • Propose improvements and automation for quoting and contract management

Requirements

  • Experience in the energy market – photovoltaics, heat pumps or related fields
  • Contract negotiation and downstream contract management
  • Excellent proficiency with office suites (MS Office, Google Workspace)
