About the role

  • E-Commerce Performance Manager executing online marketing strategies and managing campaigns for an international company. Focusing on collaboration, analysis, and optimization in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation of online marketing activities for sales
  • Cross-client campaign management in coordination with Key Account Managers
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of all activities
  • Maintenance and further development of the associated reporting
  • Collaboration with e-commerce teams in international subsidiaries
  • Liaison with the Marketing, Advertising and Digital departments
  • Participation in projects to expand the online sales channel

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a business/economics degree with a focus on E‑Commerce, Marketing or Sales
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong performance marketing and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Independent working style and a hands-on mentality
  • Affinity for e-commerce and a good understanding of common KPIs
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
