Minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant administrative or program support experience, with preference for experience supporting federal agencies or senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and document management systems
Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
Ability to distill complex or technical information into plain language
Knowledge of federal administrative procedures and professionalism standards
Attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking ability
