Lead the structuring, preparation and management of the technical documentation required for automotive homologation processes.
Gather technical information from engineering, quality, product and homologation departments.
Prepare, review and format dossiers, regulatory reports and document packages.
Interpret national and international regulatory requirements and translate them into structured documentation.
Develop and standardize formats, processes and checklists for technical documentation.
Review and validate document packages prior to regulatory submissions.
Ensure traceability and technical consistency with regulatory criteria.
Support technical interfaces with clients and internal departments.
Conduct document reviews and provide support for internal and external audits.
Lead mid-level analysts and guide team activities.
Requirements
Experience in homologation, certification or vehicle safety activities.
Prior experience with technical documentation, regulatory compliance or document management.
Intermediate to advanced English (for communication with global teams).
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Production Engineering or related fields.
