About the role

  • Junior Sustainability Analyst at EcoRodovias maintaining sustainability files and supporting service contracts. Involved in procurement, reporting, and supplier qualification processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain updated and organized electronic and physical files for the department, performing systematic follow-up with all members of the sustainability team;
  • Process service or procurement measurements, prepare budgets, create purchase orders, record invoices, and monitor the entire payment process for services and material acquisitions managed by the sustainability department;
  • Implement and monitor the entire contract preparation process for the department;
  • Prepare budget monitoring reports for the department;
  • Arrange and purchase airline tickets, hotel reservations, vehicle rentals, and other travel items for department employees;
  • Open and track expense reimbursement requests or requests for provision of technical services;
  • Support the supplier approval process, validating procedures involving sustainability documentation;
  • Provide support in supplier qualification activities, assisting in the collection of documentation and managing approved/non-approved supplier lists; ensure compliance with best practices related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Social Responsibility standards, and guarantee adherence to client requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations;
  • Operate in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with company guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Experience working in administrative areas required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required;
