- Trademark Monitoring Analyst analyzing trademarks and logos for Corsearch's global clients. Ensuring brand protection and compliance in a complex marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Need to analyze the trademarks of our clients with the infringing content with respect of its phonetic sound, visual appearance and similar concept or industry.
- Need to compare our client’s logo with the ones available worldwide with the help of different web search engines
- Need to analyze the client’s company name with the ones available worldwide.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate with over 6+ months of experience in a back-office role.
- International back-office process experience (US/UK) - Plus
- Good understanding on Trademarks and policies (Preferred)
- Must have a customer centric mind-set
- Excellent communication skills – written & verbal both.
- Should have Global Marketplace knowledge for different industries and Global Product knowledge.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive and have an attention to details.
- Must have basic understanding of computer and internet searches
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- No legal background or lawyer qualifications required—lawyers need not apply.
