Responsibilities
- Review and/or draft contracts and legal instruments, as well as verify the legality of documents, safeguarding the organization’s interests.
- Advise company departments on legal matters within your area of expertise, anticipating demands, potential outcomes, and possible liabilities, and acting proactively to resolve anticipated issues.
- Initiate and contest legal actions, monitoring the respective cases through to final judgment in accordance with the organization’s interests, provided the strategy is aligned with a more senior legal professional.
- Support mediation, negotiation, and conciliation aimed at resolving disputes, collecting information, conducting research, and preparing reports and analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Regulatory Law, Administrative Law and/or Infrastructure.
- Preferred: Knowledge and/or experience in Land Law (Real Estate/Property Law) and Real Estate Law.
- Desirable knowledge: Process management; Budget management; Basic accounting knowledge.
