- Manage a portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings (civil, labor, tax and regulatory).
- Define litigation strategies with external law firms.
- Prepare contingency reports for finance, audit and compliance teams.
- Serve as the legal point of contact for business units.
- Assess risks and propose practical solutions aligned with the business.
- Ensure governance, traceability and up-to-date legal controls.
- Develop department reports and performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize internal processes.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration.
- Intermediate English.
- Strategic, solution-oriented profile.
- Experience negotiating and managing strategic contracts.
- Experience managing strategic litigation, liaising with external law firms and analyzing provisions.
- Experience participating in multidisciplinary projects.
