- Your contribution to the strategic development of ecopals.
- Support in core strategic areas: from market analyses and growth projects to the structured preparation of our international scaling.
- Strategic Analysis & Growth: conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing relevant research and actionable recommendations.
- Communication & Presentation: creating pitch decks, presentations and reports for external and internal stakeholders.
- CRM & Sales Enablement: maintaining and further developing our CRM system; supporting the analysis and structuring of sales pipelines.
- Supply Chain & Operations: supporting the monitoring of our supply chain.
- Developing your own ideas to improve our processes and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field.
- Structured working style and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills and a good sense for numbers, interdependencies and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, in German and English.
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM tools and an interest in supply chain/operations topics are a plus, as is experience in startups, consulting or the construction industry.
