About the role

• Founders Associate supporting strategic growth initiatives at ecopals, a leading ClimateTech startup. Contributing to market analyses, growth projects, and operational insights with a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Your contribution to the strategic development of ecopals.
• Support in core strategic areas: from market analyses and growth projects to the structured preparation for our international scaling.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses, identify growth opportunities, and prepare relevant research and action recommendations.
• Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and reports for external and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve our CRM system, and support the analysis and structuring of sales pipelines.
• Support monitoring of our supply chain — from production capacities and inventory to deliveries and export/logistics topics.
• Develop your own ideas to improve our processes and growth.

Requirements

• Advanced-stage student in Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL), Management, or a related field.
• Structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense for numbers, relationships, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, written and visual, in both German and English.
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM tools as well as interest in supply chain/operations topics is a plus, as is experience in startups, consulting, or the construction industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and interest in all facets of a fast-growing startup — from strategy to operational execution.
