- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Unternehmerisches Mindset – hands-on, anpassungsfähig und wissbegierig
- Leidenschaft für Start-ups und idealerweise der Wunsch, selbst einmal Gründer:in zu werden
- Pragmatismus trifft Kreativität – kreative Lösungen finden
- Interesse an Marketing und sich gut in Kunden versetzen können
