Responsibilities
- Reporting & close support: Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes, variance analyses and management reporting.
- Process optimization & tooling: Further develop existing finance/controlling processes and implement efficient tools to automate and scale workflows.
- Stakeholder management: Work closely with executive management and business units to derive and implement strategic measures.
- Budget planning and control: Prepare, monitor and update the group-level budget.
- KPI-based performance controlling: Build and enhance a KPI framework to manage key value drivers (e.g., marketing/sales spend including efficiency analyses, as well as churn/retention analyses with actionable recommendations).
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Several years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or a similar role, preferably in dynamic industries such as SaaS or e-commerce.
- Confident user of Excel; experience with DATEV and BI tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work.
- Team player with initiative and strong communication skills.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
