About the role

  • German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager supporting businesses with advertising platforms. Responsible for client onboarding and campaign management in a hybrid role based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through platform setup, digital strategy, and performance fundamentals.
  • Build and structure PPC campaigns using best practices for targeting, bidding, creatives, and conversion tracking.
  • Analyze business goals and digital funnels to propose tailored advertising approaches.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to improve campaign performance, maximize ROI, and refine digital marketing strategy.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage new clients, highlight key features, and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion or adoption of advanced tools based on client needs and objectives.
  • Share insights on platform updates, audience trends, and optimization techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and ensure smooth onboarding lifecycle.
  • Support clients in integrating automation, AI features, and smart bidding strategies into their marketing processes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • C2 German and English.
  • Background in marketing or sales.
  • Experience with customer interaction, consulting, or campaign management.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering strong outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven communication approaches.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and presenting strategic insights.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive mindset, goal-focused, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
  • Understanding of German digital marketing behaviors and regional nuances.
  • Awareness of local business etiquette and communication styles.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and its implications for advertising strategies.
  • Ability to discuss ROI, attribution, and platform integrations with confidence.
  • Strength in building trust with stakeholders in data-sensitive contexts.
