About the role
- Supporting VAT compliance data management and documentation processes for an international team. Working hybrid in Berlin while maintaining data integrity across EU-related VAT regulations.
Responsibilities
- You maintain and update product and company data with the highest level of care
- You support monitoring changes in VAT legislation for assigned EU countries
- You assist in documenting internal processes related to data and contracts — clear, traceable, and audit-ready
- You ensure that information is properly archived
- You work closely with Legal, Product, and Operations
- You contribute to improving data quality and data structures
Requirements
- You are currently studying, ideally Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, or a comparable field, and have at least one year of study remaining
- Very good German skills (at least C1) for precise data maintenance in our internal systems and good English skills (at least B2) for collaborating with our international team
- Ability to navigate complex topics and a willingness to learn — VAT regulations are complex, but you enjoy getting up to speed
- Accuracy and a strong quality awareness, as well as confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Enjoy structured, responsible work in a cross-functional (interface) role
