About the role
- Product Operations Support ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets for Datacom's PSG. Managing post-sale orders and supporting Account Managers for hardware and software transactions.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the wider PSG to achieve an agreed revenue target/sales quota
- Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Working with distributors and vendors, managing orders post-sale
- Meeting delivery expectations/timeframes
- Working with accounts department on various administration tasks
- Contributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customers
- Attending vendor and distributor training regularly to develop product knowledge
- Supporting Account Managers in day-to-day transactions of hardware and software for clients
- Keeping Account Managers updated with communications on eta’s, back orders and order status issues
- Taking reasonable care of Health and Safety of self or others and reporting incidents as per Datacom policy

- Solid knowledge of procure-to-pay operational workflow
