Responsibilities
Atender a clientes por diversos canais;
Realizar pesquisas de satisfação e coleta de feedback dos clientes para identificar pontos de melhoria;
Analisar dados simples, como métricas de atendimento e NPS (Net Promoter Score), para identificar tendências e gerar relatórios;
Auxiliar projetos de melhoria da experiência do cliente, como a implementação de novas ferramentas ou processos;
Analisar o comportamento do consumidor;
Realização gestão das contas da carteira;
Apresentar soluções junto ao cliente;
Atualizar e registrar atendimentos;
Desenvolver e executar campanhas de pontos e relacionamento com a base.
Requirements
Graduação completa: engenharia, engenharia de energia, administração, economia ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência em atividades comerciais
Experiência em atividades de Atendimento ao cliente no ACL (varejista e/ou atacadista)
Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM (diferencial: Salesforce)
Conhecimento de pesquisa (diferencial: NPS e CSAT)
